2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.): 8-10 business days

  • Northern Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway): 8-10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping for orders over €50.

  • For orders below this value, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

5. Duties and Taxes

For customers outside the European Union, import duties and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
In most cases, orders shipped within the EU do not incur additional fees.
